November 16, 2023 update – Texas Farm Products Company is expanding its voluntary recall to include all dog and cat food manufactured in the facility in Nacogdoches, Texas.
As of October 21, 2023 – Texas Farm Products Company has announced a voluntary recall of Retriever All Life Stages Mini Chunk Chicken Recipe Dry Dog Food with best by dates of either “10 2024 3277 TFP” or “10 2024 3278 TFP” due to potential contamination with Salmonella.
What You Need to Know About Salmonella Poisoning
If your pet has a Salmonella infection, they may become lethargic and have fever, diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. Some less obvious side effects are decreased appetite, fever, and abdominal pain. If your pet has become infected but is still otherwise healthy they can still be carriers of Salmonella and infect other animals or humans. If you know your pet has consumed the recalled product or is experiencing these symptoms, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
If you have products matching the following description and sell by date you should stop feeding them to your dogs and dispose of them immediately.

The recalled product was distributed in:

- Texas
- Utah
The recalled dog food was sold only at Tractor Supply Company stores. The product can be identified with “3277 TFP” or “3278 TFP” on the second line of the date code.
